Use this tool for a live pangolin that has just been seized, confiscated, rescued, or found injured or distressed.

Do not use it for general pangolin sightings, healthy free-roaming animals, dead animals, or wildlife-crime tip-offs. Report those to NESREA or a wildlife NGO instead.

This tool does not diagnose illness or replace a vet. Any welfare score it produces is provisional until reviewed by pangolin care and veterinary experts.
